A typical consulting engagement runs 4–8 weeks. We use the validated assessment as a diagnostic across a defined cohort, read the data alongside whatever wellbeing spend you've already got in place, and deliver a written report with a prioritised plan.
The output is a plan you can take to your board or to your existing supplier. We don't lock you into delivery — though we can deliver if you want us to (see workplace resilience training).
