It covers the ResilienceBuilder® Model, Assessment Tool and Report, delivering 1:1 coaching and group workshops, interpreting the data and access to a vast library of materials and exercises. It is built for coaches, L&D professionals, trainers and consultants.
The certification turns the ResilienceBuilder® method into something you can deliver yourself: a structured programme that enables you to add resilience training to your own practice or in-house training programme.
