How is the ResilienceBuilder Assessment different from a wellbeing survey?

A wellbeing survey tells you how people feel. The ResilienceBuilder Assessment is a validated psychometric across five facets, underpinned by the Science of Resilience. It tells you where resilience is strong, where it’s fragile, and what kind of intervention will move the needle. It is repeatable, comparable, and produces data you can take to the board.

Who owns the data, the organisation or the individual?

The individual owns their personal report. Organisations receive aggregate, anonymised dashboards at team and company level. This is deliberate: it protects psychological safety and makes people honest when they answer.

How long does a typical engagement last?

Most organisational programmes run across 90–180 days: assessment, targeted workshops or coaching, then re-measurement. Some clients choose to establish the assessment as a quarterly or annual rhythm.

Is the coach certification accredited?
