Methodology and data ethics.

The "data-driven" claim is only as strong as how we handle the data. Below: where it lives, who sees what, and what happens to it when the engagement ends.

Data collection

• Platform: XXXX assessment platform name + hosting region
• What we collect: psychometric responses + a minimal set of demographic fields needed to run team reports
• What we don't collect: health data, biometric data, anything outside the validated instrument

Who sees what

• Individual: sees their own full report. Always.
• Team lead / HR: sees anonymised team report only. No individual scores attributed to a person.
• ResilienceBuilder coaches: see individual scores only with the individual's explicit consent for coaching purposes.

Anonymisation

Team reports require a minimum of XXXX participants before any aggregate score is shown. This prevents identification by elimination in small teams.

Retention

Individual data is retained for XXXX. After that, it is XXXX (deleted / anonymised at the row level / aggregated).

What we never do

• Sell, license, or share individual data with third parties
• Use individual data to train AI models
• Share an individual's scores with their employer without explicit consent
