Flagship engagement

The Resilience Programme.

In short

The Resilience Programme is the flagship ResilienceBuilder® engagement: a company-wide, multi-cohort, assessment-led roll-out. It runs a clear cycle, assess, target and train, built around the five facets of resilience so each cohort is trained on what it needs.

The flagship engagement. Where a single workshop covers one group, the Resilience Programme builds and embeds resilience across an organisation, anchored to Assessment data from start to finish.

The cycle: assess, target, train, re-measure

  1. Assess. Every participant takes the ResilienceBuilder® Assessment, which scores them across the five facets. Individuals get private reports, leaders get anonymised cohort views.
  2. Target. Data is analysed across the organisation and at a group level to identify the areas that are holding people back, so the work is precise rather than uniform.
  3. Train. Group workshops build shared language while one-to-one coaching does the targeted work for those who need it most.
  4. Re-measure. Option to repeat the assessment to measure movement across the group.

Built on the five facets

The whole programme is organised around the five facets of resilience: mental strength, purpose, physical stamina, emotional intelligence and social support, underpinned by the Science of Resilience. Underpinned by extensive research into decades of psychological resilience studies. Treating resilience as a set of learnable skills, rather than a fixed trait, is what lets a programme move the right facets in the right groups.

Run across cohorts

A large workforce is covered in waves of cohorts, each small enough for practical work and each baselined. That keeps the experience hands-on while the Assessment data ties the separate cohorts into one coherent, measurable roll-out. Cohorts run in person, online, or a mix, to fit distributed and hybrid teams.

Common questions

What is the Resilience Programme?

The Resilience Programme is ResilienceBuilder®'s flagship engagement: a company-wide, multi-cohort, assessment-led roll-out. It follows a clear cycle, assess, target, train and coach, so the work targets what each cohort actually needs.

How is it different from a single workshop?

A workshop is one session for one group. The programme co-ordinates training across multiple cohorts, and ties it all to the Assessment data, and re-measures. It builds and embeds skill across an organisation rather than delivering a single event.

Why does it start with an assessment?

Because targeting matters. The ResilienceBuilder® Assessment scores each cohort across the five facets, so each group is trained on its real weak points rather than a generic curriculum.

Does it include coaching as well as training?

Yes. The programme can include group training and workshops with one-to-one coaching for people who need additional support. Group sessions build shared language, coaching does the targeted individual work alongside it.

Who is the programme for?

Organisations that want to build resilience across their workforce to sustain performance under pressure and change. It suits leadership groups, whole functions, teams and groups, sponsored by HR, People and Culture, or Learning and Development.
