ResilienceBuilder® is a small, senior practice founded by Steve Howe and co-founded with Judith Howe and Will Howe. Clients work directly with experienced people, supported by over 50 certified associate coaches worldwide trained in the five-facet method.
ResilienceBuilder® is deliberately small and senior. You work with experienced people who have carried real pressure themselves, not a layer of account managers.
Steve Howe, Founder
Steve founded ResilienceBuilder® and leads the practice. He spent more than 35 years in senior leadership in the technology sector, including as a Vice President at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and is an Associate Lecturer on the Coventry University MBA, where the thinking behind the model is taught. He left the corporate world in 2017 to focus on addressing the rising levels of stress, illness and burnout in the workplace. His career is the reason the practice is built on measurement and real-world pressure rather than theory alone.
Co-founders
Steve is joined by co-founders Judith Howe and Will Howe, who bring a wealth of experience in research, analytics, data management and operations. Together they run the data and research that make the Assessment measurable, repeatable and credible.
The certified coach network
Beyond the core team, ResilienceBuilder® trains and certifies practitioners to deliver the Assessment and the five-facet method, with over 50 certified associate coaches worldwide.
