Training and workshops

Resilience training for leaders.

In short

Resilience for Leaders builds personal resilience for first-time managers and experienced leaders, and helps them identify the early signs of stress and burnout in their people and foster a thriving work environment. It is delivered standalone or within your leadership development programme, and shaped by the ResilienceBuilder® Assessment.

Leaders set the tone for how their people handle pressure and change. Resilience for Leaders builds their own capacity to sustain performance, and gives them the skills to protect the resilience of the team around them.

What it builds

The session is designed to build personal resilience for first-time managers and experienced leaders, and to help them identify early signs of stress and burnout in their people and foster a thriving work environment. It is grounded in the five facets of the ResilienceBuilder® Model: mental strength, purpose, physical stamina, emotional intelligence and social support.

How it works

Every engagement starts with the ResilienceBuilder® Assessment, so the content targets what your leaders are actually carrying rather than a generic curriculum. It is delivered standalone or within the company’s leadership development programme, in person or live online, and can be paired with one-to-one coaching for leaders under sustained load.

Part of a wider programme

Resilience for Leaders works on its own or as one strand of an organisation-wide resilience programme. See all training and workshop formats.
