Team-level training

Your teams deserve more than a wellness tick-box.

UPGRADE. The current live /teams page is the only one that references a 5-driver model. Reconcile that with the 5-facet model used everywhere else (same thing renamed, or different framework?).

What Steve needs to provide
  • 01 RECONCILE: live /teams page refers to a "5-driver model" — is that the same as the 5-facet model elsewhere on the site, or a different framework? We need one canonical name.
  • 02 Typical team size we work with (min/max)
  • 03 One team-level outcome we can quote
  • 04 Whether team training assumes participants already took the assessment as individuals first
XXXX markers in the body below = the same items

A team isn't five individuals stacked next to each other. Team resilience has its own dynamics: how the group recovers from setbacks, how it absorbs change, how its weakest facet shows up at the worst moment.

5-facet or 5-driver?

Reconciliation needed

The current live page describes a "5-driver model". Every other page on the new site uses the 5-facet model. These may be the same framework renamed, or two different frameworks. XXXX Steve to confirm which we use site-wide. Recommend "5-facet" for consistency with the assessment.

How team training runs

  1. Every team member takes the assessment individually first.
  2. Steve or a certified coach reads the anonymised team report.
  3. Workshop format and content is tuned to the team's weakest facet, not a generic curriculum.
  4. Re-test at 90 days. Team-level movement is visible.

Team size

Works best with XXXX to XXXX participants. Larger groups are split into cohorts of XXXX.
